One specific minute, on one specific day, forever associated with you (or whoever you're gifting it to). Once it's sold, it's off the market — nobody else can ever claim that same minute again.

OwnTheMinute.com itself was born on August 29th, 2026, at 00:01 — and yes, we own that minute!

Our minutes officially start on August 29, 2026 — the day OwnTheMinute.com itself came to life. Right now, only some months after that date are live on the site, with more being added over time.

So if you don't see the exact day you're after — whether it's before August 29, 2026, or simply a future date we haven't opened up yet — don't worry, you're not out of luck. Just email us at info@owntheminute.com and tell us the exact minute you have in mind (your wedding day, your kid's birth, that one legendary goal in 2019 — whatever it is). We'll create it especially for you and send you a link to grab it before anyone else does.

Personalized minutes like these are $9. We'll respond and get the certificate ready for you in 24-48 hours.

Why would I want to own a minute?
Because some minutes matter. The one you were born in. The one you got married in. The one you passed that exam you were sure you'd fail. Or — equally valid — the exact minute your best friend's team choked in the final seconds, so you can bring it up forever. We don't judge. We just certify.

How does it work?
Pick a day, pick your minute. If it's available, it's yours for $3. Tell us who it belongs to and why. After selecting your minute, please make sure to add your Name and Reason in the relevant fields. Make sure to do it right, as we can't correct spelling mistakes.  We'll email you an official-looking certificate (real seal, zero legal value, maximum bragging rights). The certificate should reach your email immediately. If you don't receive it by email in 5 minutes from the purchase, please check your spam folder. What happens after I buy it?
That minute is retired for good. A little digital "SOLD" sign goes up, and the universe quietly agrees: yeah, that one's taken, and belonging only to you.

Can I buy a minute as a gift?
Absolutely — it might be a great use case. Just make sure to tell us who it's for (in the field "Name" when selecting your minute).
